COVID-19 Response from White’s Tractor and Truck

To our Valued Customers:

With growing concerns during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Whites Tractor & Truck Companies, LLC., would like to express our gratitude for the commitment of the trucking industry as they work to deliver crucial supplies.  White’s Tractor and Truck Companies, LLC., has been monitoring the outbreak and its impact to our most important assets – our employees, customers and business partners. 

In alignment with guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), federal and local government guidelines, White’s Tractor and Truck Companies, LLC., is implementing the following actions:

SERVICE DEPARTMENT 

Our service department will continue to operate. We have implemented sanitizing guidelines upon vehicle arrival and before returning to the customer. Technicians will be utilizing gloves and seat protectors while working on your vehicles.

We ask that you utilize our online service appointment tool at www.whitestractor.com or call our service department directly at the location number attached prior to bringing in your truck in for service. Completing paperwork prior to arrival will help expedite vehicle check in and support social distancing. 

Take advantage of the following remote/online service tools to keep your fleet going:

  • Repair Advocate – monitor your fleet remotely; we will provide you with health reports, action plans and custom alerts
  • Online Service Communications – create service requests, monitor the status of repairs, communicate directly with service centers and review and approve estimates all in one easy-to-use system, International 360.
  • Mobile Maintenance (IC Bus) – our technicians will come to you to get your vehicle repaired

PARTS DEPARTMENT

Our parts department will continue to operate. We encourage you to call our parts department at the location number attached or place your online order via www.whitestractor.com Our delivery trucks are available and will continue to make deliveries directly to your business.   

LEASING & RENTAL

Idealease staff is ready to meet changing demands.  We have units in stock and ready to work for you. Please call at the location number attached to speak to a staff member.

SALES DEPARTMENTS

Until further notice, our sales staff will no longer make in-person visits. We encourage you to call our sales department at the location number attached for your vehicle needs. A sales representative will be happy to assist you.   

CUSTOMER AREAS

Our customer lounges, lobbies and waiting areas are being disinfected multiple times as day should you have a need to visit us in person.  Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes have been placed throughout the dealership for ongoing use. 

EMPLOYEES

To increase social distancing, we have identified roles within the dealership that can be performed remotely and are instructing employees accordingly. 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm
